"Aquafied & Certified"
The ADVANCED Open Water Diver course is a minimum four (4) day class which is an important step in expanding the Diver knowledge and experience. SFTA Members will complete both RESCUE & DISABILITY training courses to assist as AMBASSADORS for Divers w/ Disabilities. This rate is supplemented by a scholarship and purchase is acceptance of commitment to volunteer with AQUANAUTS ADAPTIVE AQUATICS a minimum of 6 times within the year following completion. Advanced Certification dives are credited to the MASTER SCUBA DIVER course. This performance-based course will involve classroom lectures and DVD presentations, beach and boat skill development followed by five (5) ocean training and experience dives.
Upon successful completion of the course, the student is certified as an ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER and qualifies for further training as a recreational MASTER SCUBA DIVER or into the professional career as a DIVEMASTER.
You'll have the option of completing Beach Dives or Boat Trips for your Ocean Dives!
