"Adapting Aquatic Diving Abilities"
The INSTRUCTOR-BUDDY DISABILITY TRAINING - (Instructor Training Candidate) course is a (5) five day class which is an important step in expanding the Diver knowledge and experience. This performance-based course will involve classroom presentations, beach and boat skill development followed by (1) one ocean training and experience dive. Upon completion of the (I-BDT) course you will be able to take advantage of volunteering time to assist with a variety of Disabled Divers and join other Buddy Diver members on the FREE Boat Trip Dives!
Upon successful completion of the HANDICAPPED SCUBA ASSOCIATION course, the candadit is certified as an INSTRUCTOR BUDDY DISABILITY TRAINED and qualifies to teach recreational divers Buddy Disability Training Course; disabled divers Basic Open Water Course and Advanced Open Water Course curriculum through Handicapped SCUBA Association standards.
